FEP_Formal 2.1.0: bounded compositions and numerical evidence
This release adds seven bounded composition proofs and coordinates the formal-to-numerical bridge with GNN 5.0.1. Temporal, risk, exponential-family, policy, reduction, consensus, and geometric interfaces retain explicit assumptions and false-claim controls. The inventory distinguishes 32 formal relations, 118 theorem pairings, and six conceptual relations.
bridge audit-semantic independently replays admitted finite witnesses with forward filtering and passive Gaussian witnesses with Kalman/Joseph updates. Comparisons bind source bytes, parameters, axes, conditioning, float64 precision, posterior means, and full covariance. Numerical agreement and program/result digests do not authenticate execution or establish universal translation equivalence. Q7 covers bounded static binary64 coefficients and real-arithmetic prediction statements; E4 covers finite-weight normalization and scalar arbitrary-observation-slope laws. Parser correctness and general matrix filtering proofs remain outside those claims.
The accepted source is 96bf714d91c088e79b9dea54af0f9151f70de64f, tree 15af656a15fc86b6d89804277ea030502a4f9168, normally merged through PR 223. The immutable v2.1.0 annotated tag object is 6bc61ffa58428190055245781328820c7c86abac. The fresh merged-main workflow passed the complete 22-role roster and 15 wheel cells, with warning-strict native evidence for 168 topics, 2,060 audited declarations, and a separately reviewed 390-page uploaded manuscript. Automatic PR and explicit full dual-shadow evidence retain their own source and execution identities. Expected optional-profile skips remain exclusions.
The nine assets provide the manuscript, offline companion, exact tagged source, ordinary wheel and source distribution, citation, license, checksums, and publication observation. An isolated Python 3.14.9 wheel installation and complete RECORD audit passed. Source-distribution container owner/timestamp headers were normalized while preserving every member's name, type, mode, order, and content; no package rebuild or installation was substituted.
The companion GNN source pins this FEP main. Strict full Hermes/OpenGauss production capture, broader formal translation, and the remaining scientific/provider/archive workstreams retain their separate acceptance requirements. Earlier tags and unpublished draft assets remain unchanged. The manuscript DOI 10.5281/zenodo.23607007 is reserved; archival publication is tracked separately.
GEO-INFER 0.4.0 consumer compatibility. GEO-INFER 0.4.0 records qualified consumer acceptance with published GNN 5.0.1 and FEP_Formal 2.1.0 at GEO source 71ce1f77418c6f8c6edc8f83c7682c8eab207e01; its tag CI and asset checksums accompany the release. This consumer result preserves GNN 5.0.1's published GEO baseline 21b65a26dd15288d6e578baef86a8bcfd6a7b5db and the existing FEP_Formal proof epoch; the source/tag/asset identities, native evidence and scholarly DOIs recorded above remain unchanged.
Published scholarly archive (2026-10-26). The separate FEP_Formal 2.1.0 manuscript record is now public. All nine files (57,016,395 bytes), version metadata, DOI resolution and SHA256SUMS were checked against the accepted 96bf714 payload. This scholarly deposit preserves the accepted 390-page PDF and software-release source, tag and assets; it adds no new formal proof, provider execution or generated-runner execution claim. The software source DOI remains 10.5281/zenodo.23631895.
