Current Behavior

If I add ublockorigin filters from here adaway does not create host file

Expected Behavior

it should work just fine

Steps To Reproduce

1. add any filters from here like touBlock filters – Ads and apply

Device Configuration

• AdAway version: 6.1.1
• Ad-blocker mode: ROOT
• Device: Samsung m31
• Android version: 14
• Root version: magisk v27

Why should it work just fine? Ublock files are not hosts files.

yes, they are not host file but adaway should add adblock file support

If it's not supported, why did you determine it was a bug?

If you wanted the uBO syntax to be added to this application, you should have opened this issue as a feature request.
