Feature request: Ping all with visual feedback

Wondering if it would be possible to setup the ability to ping all servers continuously, and perhaps colourize the UI labels to show which ones are up, and which ones are not?

That’s a great idea, the functionality sounds really useful! We just need to think carefully about how to implement it to avoid performance issues (especially with lots of servers). My plan would be to add it as an optional feature that can be toggled on/off, so users can enable continuous ping + colorized status only if they want it.
