• Make each control-plane Plugin a local Mix project and place each provider
  client in its matching IM Plugin. Keep one release, Repo, and migration ledger.
  Share matching HTTP and WebSocket primitives without changing provider error,
  response, token, or reconnect behavior. Keep the Feishu frame codec separate
  so the fake platform does not load the control plane.
• Fix Control Plane image builds by including the Worker source used by Webapps
  type checks.
• Remove Control Plane compile-connected cycles by separating pure domain
  declarations from business modules. Publish committed conversation and Session
  changes through their own PubSub contracts, with durable input and delivery
  recovery unchanged. Reject new compile-connected cycles in repository checks.
• Remove Pod sync bindings. The upgrade keeps imported records and removes
  sync metadata.
• Remove Automation Job definition expiry. The upgrade changes expired
  definitions to cancelled so they cannot become active again.
• Redesign the Pod sidebar. Search is a field at the top, Home and Chat stay
  as tabs, and the current page has an ink mark. Drag a page before, after, or
  into another page, or onto the Space or Private heading. A right-click or
  the row's "…" button opens page actions, including rename in place and move
  up or down. Each move and each move to Trash shows an undo action.
• Add an account menu at the bottom of the sidebar. It lists every
  organization that this browser is signed in to, switches between them,
  opens the account chooser, sets the theme, and signs out. A site
  administrator also gets a link to the Site Console.
• Return OfficeCLI screenshot failures in resident mode. Require a fresh PNG
  before replacing output, and retain existing images when capture fails.
• Keep build proxy settings out of the Worker startup environment.
• Keep one pending Checkback wake when its due time changes after 60 seconds.
• Preserve empty and whitespace Workflow results. Check current Human access
  before each replay, cancel pending calls after revocation, and retain results
  from calls admitted before revocation.
• Preserve Unicode characters at the rendered browser text limit. Reject
  invalid Unicode in rendered page text or titles before reporting success.
• Ignore old environment decryption responses after save, clear or remasking.
  Keep replacement values that the operator has edited.
• Accept binary media types for AI Gateway file content downloads. Retain
  token and origin checks and JSON negotiation for other gateway routes.
