This pull requests adds hotplug detection for bluetooth controllers. This fixes #1655 and also allows detection of e. g. hot plugged USB bluetooth adapters.
When no bt controller is currently monitored, it will select the next illegible (correct alias if configured) bt controller that will be connected to the system. In case the currently monitored bt controller gets removed, it will look for other bt controllers illegible for monitoring.
