Standalone WebObsidian Sync Server 0.1.0

• Node.js 22+; includes the tested @alexbeatsz/file-sync-core 0.1.0 runtime (source b191d74a61b2fe3d6855b95a3299c7e6b9591f86), license, notices and provenance. No runtime npm install or sibling source checkout.
• Preserves createSyncServer/CLI, port 18744, /webobsidian-sync/v1/, WebObsidian path/request/token policy, existing workspace/state/receipts/blobs/history and gateway module exports.
• Source/tag: dbe6a2f. Canonical assets are unchanged from independent CI 41189552479 (Linux Node22 build).
• All five verification jobs passed: Windows/Linux on Node22/24 protocol+CLI and extracted ZIP/TAR.GZ; current native-client compatibility. Canonical CI archives were additionally extracted and tested on Windows Node24 (2 package cases plus 14 client cases).
• Publication was completed by the maintainer CLI after the workflow's artifact-directory glob failed. The publication path is corrected separately on main; runtime archives were not rebuilt.
• Keep original private config, token and absolute dataDir. Stop the only writer before replacing code; do not reset identity, prune receipts or overwrite advanced data with an older backup. See sync-server/README.md for upgrade/rollback and existing outer gateway composition.
• This release does not update or install desktop/mobile clients, deploy ROG, restart production services or claim physical-client/power-loss acceptance. It is deliberately not the repository latest client release.
