Looking up a part or net from a PDF no longer freezes the board for
seconds on a tablet. After a tap lookup the board used to redraw every
pin of the lit net thirteen times over three seconds — to blink the outline
of the selected part, which is the only thing the blink changes — and force
a full redraw of the whole board each time. On a large board that was the
5–10 s of unresponsive pan and zoom after tapping a reference on an iPad. A
net lookup no longer blinks at all (there is nothing to blink), and on a
board where one redraw is already expensive the part lookup flashes once.
The hidden-side ghosts of a lit net (the cyan pulsing outlines) are drawn
once and pulsed, instead of being rebuilt on every frame.
