Changed

• Selected pins are clearly marked on Light and Atari. The coloured glow
  did not show on paper (and on Atari it was the rail colour itself). The pins
  of the selected net now sit on a yellow highlighter halo with a thin ink ring
  and keep their own colour. Settings ▸ Selection & Highlight ▸ Selected pins
  on light schemes offers two more: Ink pins (solid ink with a white rim)
  and Ink on highlighter. The dark schemes and BoardRipper Default are
  unchanged.
