在原有便携式查房记录上增加“医生口述／医患对话”两种整理模式。疑似寒暄、人物或语境不明的原文留在回看区，不直接填表。社会支持、家族史和条件性计划等可能有临床意义的信息仍由医生核对后选用。八语言界面同步；完整原声、转写、加密保存与备份保留。

本地模式是保守分段工具，不是已经验证的闲聊过滤器。 可选文本模型未引用的原文仍可回看。Android 继续支持系统录音和导入，不新增联网权限，也不包含 ASR 或云同步。浏览器提交完整音频或原文给在线服务时，其中的闲聊同样会发送。

TL;DR

WardNote adds clinician dictation / clinical conversation modes to its portable ward-round workflow. Possible greetings and uncertain context are held for review, not inserted directly. Clinicians can recover relevant information about social support, family history or conditional plans, choose its destination and explicitly approve it. All eight interfaces are aligned; original audio, transcripts, encrypted storage and backups remain available.

Local routing is conservative segmentation, not a validated small-talk filter. Source text not quoted by an optional model remains visible. Android still uses system recording/import and adds no network permission, ASR or cloud sync. Sending full audio or text to an online service also sends its small talk.

Asset cleanup, 26 October 2026: The redundant standalone main-source ZIP and five individual checksum files have been removed. One checksum list covers the four deliverables above. Five uploaded assets plus GitHub’s two automatic source archives make seven entries. The release tag remains at 041186a71ca905731252a36e902c724e74e2490a; this is a download-list and documentation change only. Documentation inside archives retains its original snapshot; use this table for current downloads.

更新前结束录音、保存记录并验证独立加密备份。Android 应覆盖安装同签名 APK，不先卸载或清除资料；浏览器/PWA 沿用提示和保存后更新流程；Windows 请按既有更新及资料迁移说明使用原数据位置。新的文件夹/地址不会自动继承浏览器账号资料。

Finish recording, save work and verify an independent encrypted backup first. Update Android in place with the same-signature APK; do not uninstall or clear data. Follow browser/PWA save-and-update prompts. Follow the existing Windows update/data-location guide; a different folder or browser origin does not automatically transfer account data.

WardNote is a portable tool for ward-round notes and care reminders, designed to work offline and keep each patient’s care in view.

Built for medical students, residents, and other clinicians, it brings initial assessments, daily notes, patient summaries, memos, tasks, and handover information together in one patient workspace. It also supports reflection on clinical decisions.

• Multiple platforms: One-click startup on Windows, browser/PWA access, and an Android app that can launch offline from first use. Mobile browser/PWA use requires HTTPS hosting and initial offline setup.
• Independent operation: Core documentation requires neither hospital EMR/HIS integration nor cloud AI or continuous internet access, with unreliable connectivity and limited digital infrastructure in mind.
• Eight interface languages: Encrypted local storage, separate account workspaces, and encrypted backup and transfer. Automatic cloud synchronization is not currently available.
• Text comes first; voice is optional: Android uses an existing recording app and supports audio import, but does not currently offer transcription. Generated or organized content requires human review.

• Windows portable, static browser/PWA, main-source and whole-project source packages are aligned to this tag. UI r2 and Android 0.1.3-preview include the eight-language introduction/help update.
• Android reuses the verified local 0.1.3-preview APK and existing signing identity. Native code, network permissions and record formats are unchanged. Package checks do not prove installation or upgrade behavior on a physical device.
• Eight original V007 Chinese/English PDFs, 12 pages total, are provided individually in the repository and in a standalone ZIP. At the owner's request, no PDF certificate, signature, encryption or printing restriction is added.
• Public PDFs can be edited, transcribed or reconstructed; technical controls cannot fully prevent this. The author prioritizes practical use with official sources, clear versions, copyright/license notices and SHA-256 comparisons. This does not deny the value of signature verification or change license terms; hashes do not authenticate the author.
• Both previous Releases, all 16 assets, historical tags, source templates, existing data and private signing materials are preserved. No PDF reflow or interactive fields are added; worksheet and app versions are separate.

Use the assets on this Release. Verify SHA256SUMS.txt against downloads. Windows: fully extract and run Start-WardNote.cmd. Browser/PWA: initial preparation needs a trusted HTTPS origin; follow safe-update prompts and finish recording/save work first. Android: save, export and verify an independent backup, then install the same-signature APK over the existing app; do not uninstall or clear data. The Android app offers neither transcription nor automatic cloud sync. External recorder/file-provider settings remain outside its control.

• 原 Android r1 发布及五个附件保留。此处 APK 与原 APK 字节、应用标识、签名及版本一致。 / The original Android r1 release and all five assets remain intact; this APK has identical bytes, application ID, signature and version.
• 三个主项目原始 ZIP 及其校验值保留。仓库 browser-pwa/ 含完整主项目；为避免 Git 改变换行符，调整 .gitattributes 与账号模式切换测试时序并更新内部清单，180 个原文件及全部运行代码保持原字节。 / The three original main-project ZIPs and hashes are preserved. browser-pwa/ contains the full main project; Git byte-preservation metadata, account-test synchronization and its manifest are adjusted. 预览版边界 / Preview limitations

八种界面语言：中文、英语、西班牙语、法语、俄语、阿拉伯语、印地语、乌尔都语。默认脱机；界面语言不代表语音识别语种认证。Android 不申请联网权限，不提供云同步、模型调用或转写；它调用现有录音应用后核对并导入，外部应用可自行保留或同步原文件。

Eight UI languages are available: Chinese, English, Spanish, French, Russian, Arabic, Hindi and Urdu. Offline is the default; UI translation does not establish ASR support. Android has no Internet permission, cloud sync, model calls or transcription. It invokes an existing recorder and verifies/imports the returned audio; external apps may retain or synchronize their originals.

WardNote：便携式查房记录与工作备忘，默认脱机，持续追踪每位患者。

面向临床实习生、住院医师及其他临床工作者，将初诊信息、每日查房、患者摘要、备忘、待办与交接集中于单个患者，辅助日常记录及临床决策复盘。

• 多平台： Windows 一键启动、浏览器／PWA，以及支持首次脱机使用的 Android 安装版。手机浏览器／PWA 需先完成 HTTPS 部署和脱机准备。

TL;DR

WardNote is a portable tool for ward-round notes and care reminders, designed to work offline and keep each patient’s care in view.

Built for medical students, residents, and other clinicians, it brings initial assessments, daily notes, patient summaries, memos, tasks, and handover information together in one patient workspace. It also supports reflection on clinical decisions.

• Multiple platforms: One-click startup on Windows, browser/PWA access, and an Android app that can launch offline from first use. Mobile browser/PWA use requires HTTPS hosting and initial offline setup.
• Independent operation: Core documentation requires neither hospital EMR/HIS integration nor cloud AI or continuous internet access, with unreliable connectivity and limited digital infrastructure in mind.
• Eight interface languages: Encrypted local storage, separate account workspaces, and encrypted backup and transfer. Automatic cloud synchronization is not currently available.
• Text comes first; voice is optional: Android uses an existing recording app and supports audio import, but does not currently offer transcription. Generated or organized content requires human review.

This is a technical preview. Physical-device testing, performance on less powerful hardware, clinical language review, and suitability for clinical practice remain to be evaluated. WardNote does not replace official records, medical orders, institutional procedures, or clinical judgment.

The original source-r1 attachment and release-tag documents retain their preparation-time snapshot. 循记临床（WardNote）Android 脱机预览版是独立、便携的查房记录与工作备忘工具，支持按患者持续记录、人工核对及加密备份。它不替代医院的正式病历、医嘱、签署、人员身份管理和制度执行。

本次提供

• 首次脱机使用：程序资源内置于 APK，无需首次访问 HTTPS 网站；设备须已具备兼容的 Android System WebView。
• 八种界面语言：简体中文、英语、西班牙语、法语、俄语、阿拉伯语、印地语、乌尔都语，含阿拉伯语与乌尔都语从右向左布局。
• 本地记录与录音导入：按账号及个人／机构模式隔离加密工作区；优先调用手机现有录音应用，返回后由用户确认患者并导入；不支持返回文件时可手动导入。
• 兼容加密备份：沿用 .wnmanifest 与 .wnpart 分卷格式，并保留旧版单份 JSON 恢复；恢复到同一模式的新账号，不覆盖现有账号。
• 0.1.2 安全修复：文件传输期间保护账号／患者上下文；处理文件选择被系统策略拒绝的情况；拒绝写入或删除已有及无法验证的目标，清理失败明确提示。

最低 Android 8.0（API 26）；WebView 还须支持安全上下文、Web Crypto、IndexedDB 和 Web Locks。尚无经过各厂商验证的通用最低 WebView 版本，不保证所有 Android 8+ 设备兼容。当前 APK 不申请 INTERNET 权限；没有联网转写、离线语音识别或云同步。外部录音应用和文件提供程序可能保留原件或自行联网，须单独检查其设置。

更新与资料保护

沿用 0.1.0／0.1.1 的应用标识及签名。更新前完成录音导入和记录保存，导出并核验完整加密备份，再覆盖安装；不要先卸载或清除数据。同名账号不会自动同步浏览器和 Android 资料。其他人自行签名构建的 APK 不能作为本次签名身份的直接升级。

验证与反馈

当前运行时已通过 15 项自动测试、18 项桌面 Chromium 模拟桥接检查、3 项桌面存储升级模拟及宿主机 APK 核验；15 项中有一项 JVM 测试包含 10 个文档故障情景，不能重复计数。详见验证记录及安全审查。本次待发布提交已通过 GitHub 托管自动检查，见正文顶部的运行记录。

尚未进行 Android 真机／模拟器安装、厂商录音往返、低配置完整班次、母语临床审校或临床验证。 本阶段不开展 iOS 或其他苹果产品适配。欢迎在公开发布后使用虚构病例反馈；请提供型号、Android/WebView 版本、录音应用、文件提供程序及升级方式，勿上传患者信息、原声、备份或密码。安全问题依 SECURITY.md 私密报告。

WardNote Android Offline Preview is an independent portable ward-round notebook and work aid with longitudinal patient notes, human review and encrypted backups. It does not replace institutional medical records, orders, signatures, identity management or official processes.

Included

• Offline first launch: application resources ship in the APK; no initial HTTPS site visit is required. A compatible Android System WebView must already be available.
• Eight interface languages: Simplified Chinese, English, Spanish, French, Russian, Arabic, Hindi and Urdu, including right-to-left layout for Arabic and Urdu.
• Local notes and recording import: encrypted workspaces are separated by account and personal/institutional mode. The app invokes an existing recorder, then asks the user to confirm the patient and import the result; manual import is available when a recorder does not return a file.
• Compatible encrypted backups: .wnmanifest/.wnpart sets and legacy single-JSON restore remain supported. Restore into a new account in the same mode, without overwriting existing accounts.
• 0.1.2 security repairs: account/patient context is protected during transfers; picker-policy failures are handled; existing or unverifiable targets are not opened or deleted, and unconfirmed cleanup is reported.

Android 8.0 (API 26) is the minimum, with additional WebView requirements for a secure context, Web Crypto, IndexedDB and Web Locks. No universal minimum WebView version has been validated across manufacturers; compatibility with every Android 8+ device is not promised. This APK requests no INTERNET permission and provides no online transcription, offline speech recognition or cloud synchronization. External recorders and document providers may retain originals or use their own network services; review their settings separately.

Updating and preserving data

The application ID and signing identity are retained from 0.1.0/0.1.1. Finish recording/import, save work, export and verify a complete encrypted backup, then install over the existing app. Do not uninstall or clear app data first.
