Complete-template startup (alpha)

This paired client/server alpha introduces specification 5 template startup. launch_template starts the complete declared template and exposes every service without selecting a workflow. Python accepts prepared references; source image building remains in the CLI. Use CLI 0.5.0 for the matching template interface.

Breaking change: launch_workflow, workflow_id, and specification 4 runtime manifests are replaced by the specification 5 model. Existing historical receipts remain historical evidence. Both Python distributions are versioned together; the client installs the exact matching server.

Validation: the final PR and merged commit passed their required CI; five real Express startup scenarios passed, including two services launched together. Built-in automatic service probes cover SandboxServer protocol v2; other protocols expose endpoints and can use the author's readiness command.

Known diagnostic limitation: an extra full CLI acceptance run failed file transfer without retaining enough diagnostics to establish the cause. A separate focused upload/download check passed with identical bytes and verified cleanup. Both results remain recorded; #109 tracks fixture diagnostics. This alpha is not a claim of a new complete production or all-provider certification.

Publication is performed by the release workflow: it reruns tag CI, builds and checks both distributions, uploads server before client, then verifies public files and a fresh installation. The release page appearing does not itself establish PyPI upload completion. See the workflow result before using the exact version.
