Description

Component that selects time within day, for selecting hours and minutes within day.

datamodel format could be two different text or numbers, or one text/number which is controlled to be [hour <= 23]:[minute<= 59]

Additional Information

This component would be used for selecting opening and closing hours within the app "sjenkebevilling-2023" if it already existed.

This should be based upon the textfield component with type="time" from the designsystem.

My initial observations:

• I assume the AM/PM part comes from my browser locale. There doesn't seem to be any property I can pass to the component to get a 24h format, as we often need when language (and by extension, locale) in Altinn apps are controlled by the user profile or language selector rather than the browser locale.
• We also allow custom formats in our existing Datepicker, which uses a PatternFormat (from react-number-format) under the hood. That might be more flexible for our needs, so we might want to consider that as an alternative instead - we could still use the Input component from the design system with that.
• I assume this should be considered blocked by Update Designsystemet to latest v1 #2600
