This is a simple mod that will add a couple of meta programming-related items to the game. Sorry, no, this is not a tool for debugging Binding of Isaac.
2 Room Charge.
On first use: Randomly selects a block, creating an overlay wherever the player is facing.
On second use: Places the block at the highlighted region. Can be placed anywhere that's unoccupied by other grid entities and walls.
