Install

Step 1 — Install Colima (one-time, ~2 min)

brew install colima docker && colima start

Step 2 — Open the DMG

Double-click the downloaded .dmg file.

Step 3 — Run the installer (important!)

In the DMG window, double-click 'Install NetDesign AI.command'
This copies the app to /Applications and clears the macOS security warning automatically.

Why? The app is not signed with Apple's $99/yr certificate.
The install script runs xattr -cr which is the official Apple-documented fix.
Alternatively: drag the app to Applications, then run in Terminal:
xattr -cr "/Applications/NetDesign AI.app"
