Fixed a comma not being removed from the message box if only one jar had reached its goal

To run open the command line in the folder with the downloaded jar and use the command

java "-Ddb.password=PASSWORD" "-Ddb.url=jdbc:postgresql://LINK" -jar banking-app.jar

Replace PASSWORD with your database user password and LINK with your connection link
