[FR] Set blueprint name to old file name automatically when updating from `.ajmodel`

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's annoying to have to manually type a blueprint name when I'm migrating an .ajmodel file to .ajblueprint. If you're migrating to 1.21/AJ v1.0.0 odds are pretty high you just want to keep the same file name.

If I update an .ajmodel file to a .ajblueprint, the blueprint name should default to the .ajmodel's file name.

similarly it'd be nice if when you went to save a new blueprint, the file name defaulted to the blueprint name

@SnaveSutit i see you thumbs upped this feature suggestion, but it still appears to not work on AJ v1.0.0-pre4
