New Features

• Added Water Walking spell for Shamans. It will be used while swimming, unless a faster option exists. This is disabled by default, due to the reagent cost.
• Added Hook of the Master Angler. It will be used while swimming, as long as it's equipped and no faster option exists.

Fixes

• Improved movement detection. Mounting will no longer be attempted while the player is jumping/falling perfectly vertically.
