Add Plotly point selection example to gallery

This PR adds a new example to the gallery showing how to handle Plotly point selection events in FastHTML. The example demonstrates:

• Creating a simple Plotly scatter plot
• Capturing point click events from Plotly
• Using HTMX to update page content when points are clicked
