First stable release, on both platforms. macOS: Apple Silicon, macOS 13+. Windows: 10 & 11, 64-bit.
Since the 0.1.x line:
- Servers you start from the app now actually run — Serverlife resolves the full PATH (login shell on macOS; the machine and per-user
Environmentregistry keys on Windows), sonpm run dev(node/npm from nvm, Homebrew, Volta, scoop) works instead of silently failing to "command not found" / "is not recognized". - Links a managed entry to a listener in its own folder — so a dev server started elsewhere (or a grandchild the process check missed) still gets its port, URL, and Open/Copy.
- Resize from an edge or corner, grab band on the visible border; wider default panel. Removed the grey "halo" around the panel.
- Double-click a managed row's name to rename it.
The Windows build has now caught up to the macOS feature set and shares the 1.0.0 version.
Install (macOS): open the .dmg, drag Serverlife.app to Applications. Not notarised — first launch: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway (macOS 14 and earlier: right-click → Open → Open).
Install (Windows): run Serverlife-Setup-1.0.0.exe (per-user, no admin; fetches the .NET 8 Desktop Runtime only if missing). Unknown-publisher warning — More info → Run anyway. Prefer no installer? Serverlife-1.0.0-win-x64.zip — extract and run, install the runtime yourself.
serverlife-cli attached for headless macOS use: ./serverlife-cli --scan --all.
