First release of SnapPlace (v1.0)
Initial stable release for Minecraft Beta 1.7.3 (Poseidon)

-Allows placing multiple snow layers on top of each other

-Allows block placement on interactable blocks (e.g. chests, crafting tables...)

-Enables rails to rotate based on player direction

-Lets fences, pumpkins, and jack-o'-lanterns be placed on walls/ceilings

-Improves slab placement (no unwanted merging)

-Adds /editsign command to edit signs in-game

(All features configurable and can be disabled individually)
