* Add support for .NET 9

* fix: TokenExtensions.CreateJwtPayload wraps JSON objects in JObject which is not serializable correctly. DuendeArchive/IdentityServer4#5385

* Remove the Newtonsoft.Json package and use System.Text.Json instead.
