If no pitch control surfaces are present in motors only assist we will now leave the motor I term active, this means the motors can close a steady state error.
We now have this option for both FW pitch and FW yaw. These are the "strong" motor control axis. This allows control surfaces to still be used for FW roll (VTOL yaw), this is the weak axis of motor control where using motor I term can quickly lead to large splits and output saturation.
