fix: adjust avatar size and margins in transaction components

Summary

Fixes the size and vertical alignment of the avatar in the Registration, ResignRegistration, TransactionDetail, TransactionSend, TransactionSuccessful, VoteList components. Also fixes the top margin that is added even when there is no label.
