Fix for "git_repo" clients

This is a minor release that fixes a deployment issue with git repos based clients.

Beta Deployment Release

This release is the first beta supported by the update manager's zip deployment implementation. The primary purpose of this release is to prime the update manager for future betas. It is not recommended that users install these files directly.

Initial Beta Release

This marks the first release that is compatible with with the official Klipper repo. This is a beta release, it is expected that Moonraker is stable, however the possibility exists for underlying issues yet to be discovered due to the lack of widespread testing.
