Adds a Room Ambience toggle. The default render is deliberately dry (the mixer's reverb is zeroed), which sounds flatter than Apple's native Spatialize Stereo. Room Ambience engages the mixer's built-in room modeling for a render closer to the native character. It toggles live, persists across launches, and is still Apple's engine end to end.

Head tracking now toggles on the live mixer instead of rebuilding the audio route, so flipping it mid-song is seamless — no more static, dropouts, or pitch warble. Also adds a sample-rate watcher that rebuilds the route cleanly if the output device ever renegotiates its rate.

Fixes two routing bugs:

• Frozen audio after a head-tracking restart — the replacement route started before the old one stopped, and a second process tap on already-tapped processes captures only silence. Routes are now torn down before being rebuilt, and spurious device-change notifications no longer trigger needless rebuilds.
• Pitch-shifted playback — the tap stream is now drift-compensated to the output device's clock and the spatial mixer runs at the aggregate's actual sample rate, so apps producing 44.1kHz audio on a 48kHz device play at the correct pitch.
