Stable Release: the same content as 0.14.1-beta.2 below, which passed the Windows release verification (run 40998498315) and the cross-platform compatibility check (run 40998237287). Skips git linked worktrees, keeps nested function names local, and names the real reason --incremental re-indexes after an upgrade; see 0.14.1-beta.1 and beta.2 for the details.
