CarConso goes international.

What's new

  • 7 languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch, picked automatically from the phone's language.
  • 6 new countries: Spain, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands, Mexico and Brazil, with local fuel names and default units. Mexico and Brazil default to km/L, in pesos and reais.
  • Brazil: petrol (E27) and ethanol (E100), which can be blended like in flex cars.
  • Simpler app: the price simulator tab is removed. If it was your start screen, the app now opens on Fill-up.
  • Excel (CSV) exports follow the number format of your region.

Your data is kept: just install over the previous version.

Install

  • Android: download CarConso-1.1.0.apk below and open it (installing apps from unknown sources must be allowed). It has the same signature as the Google Play version, so either one can update the other.
  • Any device: use the web app and add it to your home screen.

Français : CarConso passe à 7 langues (français, anglais, allemand, espagnol, italien, portugais, néerlandais) et 6 nouveaux pays (Espagne, Italie, Portugal, Pays-Bas, Mexique, Brésil). L'onglet Simulateur est retiré pour garder l'app simple. Tes données sont conservées. Télécharge CarConso-1.1.0.apk ci-dessous ou utilise la version web.

First public release of CarConso, a fuel consumption and car cost tracker. Simple, offline, no account, no ads.

Features

  • Fill-ups: volume, price, odometer or distance, partial fill-ups, blends of compatible fuels (e.g. E10 + E85).
  • Real consumption: fill-to-fill method, credited to the fuel that was actually in the tank.
  • Several vehicles: petrol or diesel, tank capacity, fuels offered, default fuel.
  • Expenses: service, insurance, tolls… one-off or recurring.
  • Statistics: average consumption, cost per km or mile, monthly spending, yearly forecast, period filter.
  • Simulator: cheapest fuel per 100 km or miles at today's pump prices, and the E85 break-even price.
  • English and French, with local fuel names and default units for France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, Germany and Austria.
  • Customisation: light / dark theme, colour, text size, compact layout, units (L/100 km, km/L, mpg, km or miles, litres or US gallons, currency), start screen, visible tabs.
  • Your data: backup / restore to a file, CSV exports for Excel, Android Auto Backup. No data collection and no permissions.

  • Android: download CarConso-1.0.0.apk below and open it (installing apps from unknown sources must be allowed). Coming soon to Google Play, with the same signature: you will be able to update from one to the other.
