i think after we've dialed up playlists to 100% we should be good on making changes without a feature flag! i had asked @raymondjacobson the same thing when making this change.

Use entity manager for social features.
Libs change: AudiusProject/audius-protocol#3814
Discovery change: AudiusProject/audius-protocol#3795
Dragons
This won't be merged until discovery + libs is fully released.
