v1.5.0 Dev Refractor

This release is mostly Codebase cleanup. #2 Deserves a mention, since its the priority reason for me switching menu options to this format.
We have roughly hit the max option cap available to us by default, switching the larger Submenu's (IE: Weapons, Elixirs, Powerups, etc) to Arrays, and just pulling the cached options that way seems to cut down on the overhead dramatically, even though the option count doesn't change.

Zip for Injection via T7 Compiler, Compiled.gscc for PC Injection with Jek47's Injector GUI, PS4 GSCC for Console Injection.
