Installation/Setup help needed

Hi,

I need help in getting the Edge Add-on/Extension for Authenticator. Unfortunately, I can not install using the 'Get' button, as this is not allowed at my end. So, I am looking for a way to install this extension on my machine, but by using the Source Code, which I have managed to download, but not sure which particular file to use to install it.

Any help on this will be highly appreciated.
