Blocks are currently mentioned in this support document:
https://jetpack.com/support/jetpack-blocks/

New blocks will only appear there when a support document has been created, and that is done manually so far. It would be nice if that list was dynamic, based off the block.json files in the plugin, and whenever a support doc exists, we would include a link.

The rate at which we remove/add blocks doesn't warrant to automate this at the moment.

If this issue should ever be reopened, a low involvement solution could be to generate a manifest file containing the list of blocks and their metadata. This file could then be somehow fed to Jetpack.com.
