WordPress.com Toolbar: Remove "My Sites" text and only display icon

Proposed changes:

Removes the "My Sites" text from the admin top bar when the WordPress.com Toolbar module is enabled.

Testing instructions:

• Apply these changes to a Jetpack or WoA site
• If you're testing on a Jetpack site, activate the WordPress.com Toolbar module (https://jetpack.com/support/masterbar/)
• If you're testing on a WoA site, make sure to select the default admin interface in wordpress.com/hosting-config
• Go to /wp-admin
• Make sure the first item of the admin top bar only has a icon and no longer includes the "My Sites" text

• To test on WoA, go to the Plugins menu on a WordPress.com Simple site. Click on the "Upload" button and follow the upgrade flow to be able to upload, install, and activate the Jetpack Beta plugin. Once the plugin is active, go to Jetpack > Jetpack Beta, select your plugin, and enable the remove/my-sites-text-masterbar branch.

• To test on Simple, run the following command on your sandbox:

  bin/jetpack-downloader test jetpack remove/my-sites-text-masterbar

Jetpack plugin:

The Jetpack plugin has different release cadences depending on the platform:

• WoA releases happen weekly.
• Releases to self-hosted sites happen monthly. The next release is scheduled for June 4, 2024 (scheduled code freeze on June 3, 2024).
