Export any board's dated tasks as RFC 5545 all-day events — drops straight into Google / Apple / Outlook. Import .ics files (events + to-dos) back as a new board with due dates set.

⌨️ Natural-language quick add

Type milk #errands tomorrow !high ~2 every week — the quick-add bar parses due date, category, urgency, focus estimate and recurrence into live preview chips before you press Enter. Works with the legacy • syntax untouched.

🎙️ Voice quick add

A mic button next to the quick-add bar (where the browser supports speech recognition) dictates the same line — localized to your UI language (8 languages).

🧠 Smart week planner + capacity bars

A new Week-view panel rebalances overdue, overloaded and undated-urgent tasks across the next 7 days within a per-day focus capacity you control — preview, then one-tap Apply. Every day header now shows a live load bar.

🗂️ Archive

Boards retire instead of getting deleted — a collapsible Archived section in the sidebar with one-tap restore.

🔗 Share links (local-first)

Any board compresses into a URL hash — the recipient gets a small import dialog. No server, no account, nothing uploaded.

📎 Task attachments

Attach up to 5 MB of files per task — chips with image thumbnails, one-click open, bytes in the new IndexedDB blob store.

• IndexedDB storage engine (schema v5) — the 5 MB localStorage ceiling is gone; automatic one-time migration keeps every byte (localStorage backup retained).
• Optional-secrets Android signing (KEYSTORE_*), Lighthouse CI + bundle budget lanes, WebKit E2E, visual regression baselines.
• 214 unit tests, E2E on Chromium + WebKit, tsc/eslint clean.
