ExpandedTooltipTitle does not wrap overflow #264

Describe the bug
The component ExpandedTooltipTitle is styled with 'white-space: nowrap;', causing overflow when the title text is too long.
To reproduce
Create a Tooltip with a title that is long enough to overflow. The text is not wrapped.
