p4a is updated #14

Hello，i followed your repo, and made android package successfully. Howerver ,recently google play ask us support "16KB". So i have to set ndk==28. Then everything changed, i have to package use p4a dev branch. And numpy was set to 2.3.0, the opencv also be affected. Do you have any ideas or update to deal this situation?
