V0.0.4 firmware release.

This release includes App and Bootloader HEX assets.

Changes:

  • App heartbeat values for secondary voltage, secondary current, and primary DC current now use the rounded average of all control-ISR samples collected during each heartbeat window.
  • The averaging divisions run in the preemptible main-loop path; the control ISR only accumulates samples.
  • The Host UI telemetry tooltip now stays inside the plot, omits the meaningless raw timestamp title, and uses the application tooltip styling.
