Is the V2 version available for manual install ? I am using aadpodidentity with NMI only (v 1.7.5). I noticed that 1.8.0 is available? is the fully managed V2 form this issue (#2327) based on 1.8.0?

Will this let me use the identity solely from init containers? It's something I'm missing in the current implementation.

Not yet. Public Preview is Q3 2021.
