resolves #10

Notes:

  • uses python 3.6.x
  • runs flake8
    • need to decide which rules to run?
    • errors will not fail the build for now
  • run pytest
  • runs whenever a pull request to master is created

Question:

Is there anything else that needs to be included in this CI pipeline? :)

Change name of yaml file to durable_python_action.yml
