Updating the Linux and Windows JIT trace files for v3.x in anticipation of the next v3 release (3.6.0)

Linux

Total lines in latest windows jittracefile = 5589
Total lines in current jittracefile = 8840
Total lines in new jittracefile = 2314
2140 duplicates were skipped
Total lines in updated jittracefile = 8950
