What changed

Fixed

• A video thumbnail no longer copies the whole film first, and no copy
  outlives a restart. To draw one frame, filex copied every video, audio
  file and PDF whole into the system temp directory before ffmpeg or
  Ghostscript ran: on a folder of films on a CIFS mount, a 7 GB copy within
  17 s of opening the folder and 75% iowait, and a killed process left the
  copy in /tmp (14 GB of them on one install). A file on a local storage (a
  disk, or a share mounted into the container) is now handed to the tool in
  place, and ffmpeg reads only the opening seconds. Other storages still
  copy, into <cache_dir>/.work/, which filex empties at startup together
  with the copies older versions left in the temp directory
  (thumbnails.md). Reported by @eLeKaeMe
