ForgeFlow v1.0.0

ForgeFlow v1.0.0 is the first stable baseline of the autonomous software engineering system.

Core lifecycle

  • Durable Plan / WorkItem / Execution / Review / Supervisor state
  • One active root Plan per project with FIFO admission
  • Dependency-aware parallel WorkItem waves
  • Literal Git worktrees with writer ownership and recovery
  • Implementation -> exact-SHA independent review -> repair/retry -> integration
  • Provider cleanup proof before writer handoff or worktree retirement
  • Exact-SHA release/canary/provenance and release-bound lifecycle acceptance

Provider plane

  • Antigravity implementation and independent review
  • GPT-5.6 Luna implementation through Codex ACP
  • GLM / DeepSeek implementation resources
  • Typed resource selection, runtime admission, retry and fallback
  • Provider-only progress watchdog so tool/reasoning churn is not mistaken for code progress

Safety / provenance

  • Protected literal .git linkage
  • Scoped Git metadata access for implementation and read-only review
  • Recovery of corrupted historical worktrees only after terminal provider cleanup proof
  • Canonical repository remains unchanged during autonomous smoke acceptance
