Editing an older connection that stored only an endpoint rebuilt that endpoint
from fields it never had (an R2 account id, a region) and saved it blank; the
account, jurisdiction and region are now recovered from the endpoint first.
Service inference reads the endpoint's host, not a substring of it, so
"minio.wasabisys.com.example.org" is no longer Wasabi.

The setup form sends its values on every change, so a cleared field stays
cleared on re-render instead of showing the saved value again; a saved secret is
still never echoed, and typed values are dropped once saved.
