The 0.8.3 header rewrite pushed every page's title/subtitle/section/action into layout assigns core's admin layout renders in its breadcrumb bar, but the test layout never rendered them — 22 LiveView tests were asserting on text the page no longer emitted anywhere the test harness could see, and had been failing since 0.8.3 shipped. The test layout now renders stand-ins for those assigns.
The phoenix_kit_comments 0.4.x admin check pattern-matches on a real PhoenixKit.Users.Auth.User struct; the test suite's fake scope wrapped a bare map, crashing the Comments tab test with a FunctionClauseError. The fake scope now wraps a real (in-memory) User struct.

mix.exs's core-pin comment still explained a ~> 1.7.231 floor that moved to ~> 2.0 in 0.8.0.
