Fixed

  • Stale UI after upgrade (F12, PR #35): the served frontend now carries an explicit Cache-Control policy — no-cache on HTML so the browser revalidates every load, immutable on content-hashed /_next/static/* assets. Upgrading no longer requires a hard refresh (one final hard refresh may be needed when coming from ≤0.4.0).
