• add word_full_pipeline_v6.ipynb to parse AT_Commands.docx into CSV with structured parameter, example, and response metadata preserved
• convert the enriched CSV into YAML while keeping command groupings, parameters, examples, and responses in structured fields
• render the YAML into RST files using a nested list-table template and build an index for the AT command manual
