[Documentation] Include "formatter" instructions in help text linked from Verbatim Coordinates field in occurrence editor

The help icon next to "Verbatim Coordinates" in the occurrence editor should point not only to the Darwin Core definition of this field, but also to instructions to use the Formatter tool (the "F" button).
