Not every Simpler Bites item needs to be crafted. Several items are generated as world loot, and blueberries grow naturally in the Overworld.
Blueberry bushes can generate in these biomes:
- Forest
- Old Growth Birch Forest
- Taiga
- Old Growth Pine Taiga
- Old Growth Spruce Taiga
The bushes spawn on suitable ground such as grass blocks, podzol, and coarse dirt. Harvest a mature bush to collect blueberries. You can also use blueberries on a suitable block to plant a new bush.
Some foods can appear in village house chests:

These percentages are the chance for Simpler Bites' extra loot entry to be added, not a guarantee that every chest will contain the item.
Nether Stew can be added to mob loot when these mobs are defeated:
