v0.54.7 — Mistral Large 4 reserves its list price

Fixed — Mistral Large 4 reserves its list price

Mistral's launch promotion ended and the gateways moved
mistral/mistral-large-4 from $0.68/$2.09 to $1.36/$4.18. The price row
follows, so an explicit call reserves the real rate instead of half of it.
