Add message definitions for Surface Unit to Protobuf protocol #215
Description
The Surface Unit publishes two messages over UDP. We could republish these from the drone, to make it easier for SDK users, the Blunux Web App, and to have the data in the log files.
We should add two messages for:
WsuTelemetryDataWsuVersionData
Which are the two structs published over UDP by the Surface Unit.
