Patch release for the Turkish translation target, macOS whisper runtime detection, and local Hy-MT2 reliability.

Added

• Turkish translation target - Turkish (tr) is available in the target picker, provider mappings, localized labels, documentation, and UI tests.

Fixed

• Local translation hanging after a device or model change - switching between Auto and CPU could deadlock because model loading tried to acquire a lock already held by the current translation. Model load, translation, and unload now share one serialized operation queue without nested locking.
• Stop and timeout handling for local translation - stopping a job now aborts active Hy-MT2 inference or model download, and model operations fail with a clear error after three minutes instead of waiting indefinitely.
• Untranslated local output detection - comparisons now ignore case, Unicode width, spacing, and punctuation, catch short labeled echoes such as Original: ..., and reject files when at least 80% of cues are effectively unchanged.
• macOS whisper runtime detection - the installer validates the downloaded CLI by launching it and only applies the dyld fallback when the runtime error actually matches a missing shared library.
• Korean drop-zone hint - restored the functional file-selection text after an unrelated translation update replaced it.

Internal

• Renderer status markup is built with DOM nodes, and translated HTML used by model and queue views is filtered before insertion.
• Pull requests now verify that generated locale output matches the source JSON files.
