docs: rename board/export filenames from PentaBuzzer to BlueBuzzah v3
Update the BOM, CPL, and .step links in Part 1 and Part 7 to the renamed
BlueBuzzah_v3 files, and drop the "ignore the filename" explainer notes.

docs: correct build to solder-free (friction-fit wire plug)
The tactor's wire-to-LRA connection is a friction fit made by the printed wire
plug (Part 4, Step 2), not a solder joint. Rework Part 3 into wire-lead prep,
reword Part 4's "tinned wires" to bare, move the per-tactor buzz-test to Part 4,
drop the soldering tools/consumables, and add an optional wire-tinning note.
Update every "only soldering" claim across the wiki to "no soldering."

docs: remove v2 build PDF and video links, fix Home heading
Drop the earlier-generation build video links (Home, Introduction) and the
v2 build PDF link sections (Home "Earlier Hardware", Parts and Tools List
"If you have earlier-generation hardware").
Keep v2 context that steers v3 builders away from mistakes: batch-flashing
generations warning, the old ABS case is not a substitute, the earlier cost
figure does not carry over, and the thumb channel note.
Convert the Home subtitle from bold text to a heading (MD036).

docs: document the required BLE antennas
The XIAO ESP32-S3's IPEX/U.FL antenna is not part of the PCB assembly
and had no line in the BOM or build guide. BLE carries both the app
connection and glove-to-glove bilateral sync, so the device does not
work as intended without one fitted per board.
Add the antenna to the parts list, add fitting it as a step before
the Part 2 smoke test (BuzzahBuddy pairing needs it to find the
boards), note it as an enclosure requirement, and mention it in the
Overview's stage summary.

docs: fix Overview springs classification and lead-time wording
Springs are separately-sourced hardware, not one of Part 4's seven
printed pieces (wire plug was mistakenly swapped for springs). Also
soften the Part 1 lead-time claim to what the page actually delivers
- cost figures and confirmation that fabrication is the long pole,
not a duration estimate.

docs: add Overview of the Build page
Closes the gap where the nine build parts were listed by title only,
with no explanation of what each stage involves, why testing is
front-loaded before irreversible assembly steps, or which steps gate
which. Wired into Home, the sidebar, and the linear Next/Previous
footer chain between Why We Use Spring Tactors and Part 1.

docs: drop empty hardware-verification section from Build Status
a3454c9
Resolve three hardware-verification items: charging, battery spec, LRA polarity
- Charging: confirmed, states as fact (XIAO onboard charger over USB-C)
- Battery: PKCELL LP552035, 350 mAh, 3.7V LiPo, qty 2 confirmed
- LRA polarity: corrected — polarity does not matter for the LRA, but
tactors should be wired consistently for easier troubleshooting.
VLV101040A part number and 250 Hz resonant frequency confirmed as-is.
- Build-Status: needs-hardware-verification table cleared of resolved rows

docs: convert emoji callouts to GitHub markdown alerts
Replace emoji-prefixed blockquotes (🚧 📷 ⚠️) with native GitHub
alert syntax ([!NOTE], [!IMPORTANT], [!WARNING], [!CAUTION]) across
the wiki. The alert renders its own icon and colour, so the emoji is
dropped from inside the blocks; Build-Status.md's three section
heading emoji are left as-is since they're the status tracker's
scannable taxonomy, not callouts.

Remove serial/PlatformIO instructions, route verification through the app
All device-updating documentation now references only the BlueBuzzah
Updater desktop app, per the owner's directive. Every serial-terminal
step (MOTOR_DIAG, MOTOR_TEST:<n>, MOTOR_PRESENT, SET_ROLE typed over
serial, 115200 baud connections) and the PlatformIO alternative-flash
section are gone.
Per-finger verification gates are preserved through BuzzahBuddy's
Calibration screen instead of being dropped: it exposes ten labelled
finger buttons (five per glove) once both boards are flashed,
role-assigned, and paired, so tapping a named button and feeling the
matching fingertip buzz is a direct, arguably stronger check than the
old numeric MOTOR_TEST/MOTOR_DIAG commands. Part 2's smoke test now
requires both boards to reach that point, which also becomes the
earliest confirmation that bilateral pairing works.
Advanced serial/PlatformIO tooling is pointed to the firmware repo
from Part 2 only, per the owner's request not to document it here.

docs: flag unverified LRA claims and fix photo/piece-count consistency
- Build-Status.md now flags Part 3's LRA part number and connector
polarity claim as carried over from earlier-generation documentation
and unconfirmed against a source or assembled hardware
- Part 5 and Part 6 now carry the photos-pending callout that
Build-Status.md already lists them under
- Part-4's intro now names all 7 housing pieces, matching the Parts
and Tools List footnote

docs: fix Next-link chain, add parts list to Build Path, reword cross-refs
- Why-We-Use-Spring-Tactors.md pointed Next at Part 3 instead of Part 1,
skipping ordering/flashing entirely
- Home.md's Build Path never linked the Parts and Tools List
- Part-2's cross-reference to Part 5 read as recording data inside that
page rather than needing it there later
- Disclaimers.md still said "Blue Buzzah" instead of "BlueBuzzah v3"
